Thankfully for anyone on a budget, there's a Facebook group where women have been exchanging their best budget beauty buys. One of the top recommended products is an £8 pair of tongs from Primark.
Lauding the gadget on the Extreme Couponing & Bargains UKon Facebook, one beauty buff raved about the tool's ability to perfectly curl her hair in less than 15 minutes.
As her photos attest, the tong allowed her to create tightly coiled beach waves in record time. She wrote: “Love straight hair but fancied a change… before and after. Took about 10/15 mins, and my hair is pretty thick.”
Impressed followers were quick to comment on her post, which has amassed over 4,000 likes and hundreds of comments from women desperate to get their hands on the budget beauty tool.
“Omg your hair looks amazing," wrote one follower, whilst another joined the woman in praise of the straighteners. “I have these as well they’re excellent. My curls stay in for days.”
“I did the same. They're decent curlers," added another.
Sadly the high street store's hairstyling range isn't available online but the full collection can be found in store.
