The man who allegedly tried to meet Shawn Johnson on the set of Dancing with the Stars this week has been formally charged with felony stalking, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office announced Thursday. Robert O’Ryan, 34, was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in his vehicle. He faces an arraignment Thursday. O’Ryan was arrested early Tuesday morning after he allegedly jumped a fence at CBS studios where the show was filming earlier in the day.

Hollywood is mourning the loss of Andre Braugher following his death at age 61.  The actor, who starred on acclaimed crime series such as Homicide: Life on the Street and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, died on Dec. 11 after a recent illness, his representative confirmed to PEOPLE. While Braugher is forever known for his iconic TV roles, it’s clear that family was his main priority.  Braugher was married to actress Ami Brabson and together they had three children, John Wesley Braugher, Michael Braugher and Isaiah Braugher.
