TK Maxx on Heart, November 2019
RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to TK Maxx November radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday November 13th November 2019 to Saturday 16th November 2019 on Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3. Listeners need to go online to www.heart.co.uk, and register their details.
4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Wednesday 13th November 2019 and close at 15.00 on Saturday 16th November 2019. This is a rolling entry so 8 entrants will be selected.
Entrants will be selected at these dates and times:
o Thursday November 14th at 1100 for Breakfast prize on Friday November 15th
o Thursday November 14th at 1600 for Mid-Morning prize on Friday November 15th
o Friday November 15th at 1100 for Afternoon prize on Friday November 15th
o Friday November 15th at 1400 for London Drive prize on Friday November 15th
o Friday November 15th at 1500 for Breakfast prize on Saturday November 16th
o Friday November 15th at 1600 for Mid-Morning prize on Saturday November 16th
o Saturday November 16th at 1200 for Afternoon prize on Saturday November 16th
o Saturday November 16th at 1500 for Drive prize on Saturday November 16th
5. Entrants need to go to www.heart.co.uk and tell us who they are buying a Christmas gift for and why.
6. Winning entries will be judged on the following criteria: feel good, upbeat and original. The producers’ decision is final.
7. If Global cannot contact an entrant via the details they provided after three attempts, may forfeit their right to the prize, and another entrant chosen.
8. If any submitted entry is deemed to be rude, offensive, illegal, condoning dangerous behaviour or not deemed appropriate for Heart’s Feel Good family audience, it will be excluded from the competition.
9. All Entrants chosen as a Winner will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated, and another Entrant chosen.
10. Each winner will be awarded a £1,250 TK Maxx gift card.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions of use
TK Maxx gift cards can be used in TK Maxx stores. A gift card can only be used in the country in which it was purchased or issued.
There are two types of gift card. An open value gift card remains open and further amounts can be added to it at any time up to a maximum value of £999.99. A specified value gift card has a fixed amount when purchased and further amounts cannot be added. Ask in store if you are not sure which gift card you have.
Gift cards can only be used for the purchase of merchandise. No more than five gift cards can be used in one transaction. Gift cards purchased in store cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
The holder of the gift card is responsible for its security. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards will not be replaced.
Purchases made with a gift card will be deducted from the balance until it reaches zero. No change will be given, so the remaining balance will stay on the gift card and can be spent on future purchases. If the purchase price exceeds the amount available to spend on the gift card, the remaining balance can be settled via another accepted payment method. The funds on your gift card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation scheme.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
